Custom Welded Pallets Near Completion for Customer Order

The custom steel pallets produced by T&B for our customer have successfully completed the welding process and are now ready for shot blasting and final inspection.

During welding, controlled parameters were applied to ensure proper penetration, stable weld formation, and consistent bead geometry. Key welded areas were completed with reinforced seams to meet structural strength requirements and long-term load performance. Visual checks confirmed smooth transitions, uniform weld width, and minimal spatter, laying a solid foundation for subsequent surface treatment.

After welding, the pallets will undergo shot blasting to improve surface cleanliness and coating adhesion, followed by dimensional verification and weld quality inspection in accordance with the project specifications.
