Strengthening Strategic Partnership with KUHN – 2026 Annual Visit
In May 2026, T&B's management team visited KUHN in France for our annual strategic meeting. As T&B’s largest and longest-standing European partner, KUHN has maintained nearly 20 years of continuous cooperation with us, with an annual transaction volume of approximately 2 million euros.
Over the years, T&B has developed comprehensive supply coverage for KUHN’s core mechanical component categories, including forgings, castings, laser cutting & stamping parts, welding assemblies, and wear parts. This long-term collaboration has become a cornerstone of T&B’s agricultural machinery component business in Europe.
During the visit, our team met with KUHN’s category buyers and logistics specialists, including During the visit, our team held in-depth discussions with KUHN’s purchasing, engineering, quality, logistics, and management teams responsible for key product categories, covering topics such as supplier development, quality improvement, delivery performance, and future sourcing opportunities. The meeting further strengthened mutual understanding and laid a solid foundation for expanding cooperation in the years ahead.
The meeting focused on:

· Optimization of quotation and communication processes
· Strengthening full-process quality control transparency
· Intellectual property protection and drawing management
· Exploring growth opportunities in the newly established wear parts division

T&B presented our updated company profile, including our new warehouse and inspection facilities, as well as our full-process quality control system. KUHN expressed strong interest in further cooperation within the wear parts segment, which has recently been centralized as a dedicated procurement division.
In the afternoon, our team visited KUHN’s casting workshop for in-depth technical exchanges, further enhancing mutual understanding of quality standards and process requirements.
This visit not only reinforced the stable foundation of our long-term partnership but also clarified standardized collaboration requirements from quotation and technical communication to quality assurance and delivery performance.
